This document outlines, clearly and honestly, the terms that govern your experience shopping with us, so you always know what to expect.
By accessing, browsing, or making a
purchase on www.2pinkb.com (hereinafter, the Site), the user fully and
unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with
any of the provisions set forth herein, we ask that you refrain from using the
Site or making transactions through it.
2pinkb reserves the right to modify these
Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on
the Site. We recommend reviewing this section periodically.
Deviart, commercially identified as 2pinkb,
is a Mexican premium dog accessories brand. We design and sell collars,
leashes, scarves, and the Pettate line, conceived as contemporary design pieces
that integrate into the lifestyle of our clients and their dogs.
All sales made through the Site are subject
to applicable Mexican law, including the Federal Consumer Protection Law
(LFPC), the Federal Civil Code, current tax legislation, and other
complementary provisions.
All products available on the Site are
subject to inventory availability. 2pinkb reserves the right to modify,
discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.
Product images are for reference purposes
only and may present slight variations in color, texture, or finish compared to
the physical product, resulting from photographic lighting conditions or the
user's screen configuration. These variations do not constitute a defect or
grounds for return.
2pinkb works with premium materials and
carefully supervised production processes. If you identify any inconsistency in
the product received, the customer must follow the process described in Section
6 of this document.
4.1 Pricing
All prices published on the Site are
expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) in
accordance with current Mexican law. 2pinkb reserves the right to update prices
at any time. The valid price is the one shown on the Site at the time of
confirming the purchase.
4.2 Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment
methods:
— Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
— Debit card
All payments are processed through secure platforms with SSL encryption.
2pinkb does not store bank card data on its servers. In the event of a payment
rejection, 2pinkb is not responsible for any charges or fees that may be
applied by the customer's bank.
5.1 Order Processing
Once payment is confirmed, the order is
prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Transit time begins from
the date of collection by the shipping carrier.
5.2 Coverage
2pinkb ships throughout the Mexican
Republic. Shipping is included in the price of the products.
5.3 Carriers and Tracking
Shipments are managed through different
logistics carriers depending on the delivery area, so transit times may vary.
Once the package is collected, 2pinkb will send the customer the corresponding
tracking number.
5.4 Transit Responsibility
We work with specialized logistics
operators to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition. In the
event of any incident during transit, our team will assist you throughout the
follow-up and claims process with the corresponding carrier.
6.1 General Policy
Due to the nature of our products and the
individual preparation process for each order, we do not currently accept
returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal aesthetic
preferences. We recommend carefully reviewing the measurements, descriptions,
and specifications before completing your purchase. If you have any questions,
we are happy to help before you place your order.
6.2 Return Due to Wrong Product
If you receive a product different from the
one ordered (incorrect reference, color, or model), you have 48 natural hours
from the receipt of the package to notify us. To initiate the process:
— Send an email to info@2pinkb.mx with the subject: Wrong
Product - Order Number
— Attach clear photographs of the product received and
the original packaging
— Include your order number and the details of the item
originally ordered
Once the incident has been validated,
2pinkb will provide a free return shipping label and we will proceed with the
replacement or applicable solution as quickly as possible.
6.3 Product Condition for Return
The item must be in the same condition as
when it was received: unused, without additional damage, in its original
packaging and with all accessories included.
6.4 Cases Not Subject to Return
— Products showing signs of use
— Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer
— Requests submitted outside the 48-hour periodtion content here.
At this time, 2pinkb does not offer product
exchanges. Each item is carefully selected by the customer at the time of
purchase. If you receive the wrong product, the process described in Section
6.2 applies.
Refunds apply only in the following case:
— Order cancellation requested before the package has
been collected by the carrier
In applicable cases, the refund will be
made using the same payment method used in the original purchase, within 10
business days from approval. Processing times may vary depending on the
customer's bank. 2pinkb does not process refunds in cash or to accounts other
than the original payment method.
All 2pinkb products are made with
high-quality materials and reviewed before dispatch. If a manufacturing defect
is identified, the customer must report it within 48 natural hours of receipt,
following the same process described in Section 6.2.
The warranty covers only defects
attributable to the manufacturing process or materials. It does not cover:
— Natural wear resulting from use
— Damage caused by mishandling, exposure to liquids,
biting, or other external factors
— Products altered or repaired by third parties
2pinkb will evaluate each case individually
and, if the defect is confirmed, will proceed with product replacement or the
corresponding refund subject to availability.
2pinkb offers fiscal invoicing (CFDI) upon
the customer's express request. To request it, the customer must send their
complete tax information (RFC, business name or full name, tax address, and
CFDI use) to info@2pinkb.mx within 5 business days following the date of
purchase.
Invoices will not be issued with a
retroactive date or outside the corresponding tax period. 2pinkb is not
responsible for failure to issue an invoice when the customer does not provide
their information within the established deadline. The invoice will be issued
in Mexican pesos in accordance with current tax legislation in Mexico.
The personal information provided by the
customer when registering, browsing, or making purchases on the Site will be
used exclusively for order management, purchase-related communication, and, if
the customer expressly authorizes it, for the sending of marketing
communications.
2pinkb does not sell, assign, or share
personal information with third parties for commercial purposes, except when
strictly necessary for logistics operations or payment processing. The
processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Federal Law
on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). To learn in

All content on the Site — including logos,
photographs, texts, graphic designs, visual palette, brand name, and other
identifying elements — is the exclusive property of 2pinkb and is protected by
applicable intellectual property laws in Mexico.
The reproduction, distribution,
modification, or commercial use of any element of the Site without prior
written authorization from 2pinkb is strictly prohibited.
2pinkb shall not be liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use
products purchased through the Site, beyond what is established in the
warranties in Section 9. 2pinkb's maximum liability to the customer in any case
shall not exceed the total value of the product purchased.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by
the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from the
interpretation, compliance, or enforcement of this document, the parties
expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zapopan,
Jalisco, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason
of their present or future domicile.
